Can I meet with you before I hire The Nashville Cat Sitters?

Absolutely!  The Nashville Cat Sitters offers a free-of-charge meet and greet prior to any scheduled services. It’s step one in our process to ensure we are the right fit for you!

What areas do you service?

We offer full coverage in 37211, 37013, and 37011

Limited coverage is available in 37203, 37204, 37210, 37212 and 37217

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, we are bonded and insured through Lloyds of London.

Do you service only cats?

We strive to provide a strictly cat pampering services. If your home has small pocket pets or small exotic pets that require minimal care, we are happy to accommodate them during our care. They must stay in their enclosure to ensure their safety during our visits. We want to ensure our sitters are providing a main focus to the kitties in our care.

We do not accommodate dogs during our visits.

Service Questions

Will my cat have the same sitter every visit?

We always strive for consistency for the benefit of both your cat and our cat sitters! It is our experience that keeping your cat in the same care with the same person provides a more comfortable visit and experience for the cat. However, you can rest assured knowing that all our cat sitters are trained on our pet care standards. 

Do you take last minute appointments?

Normally, yes! But please message us directly through the portal thread. For all clients booking services less than 24 hours before the visit begins, you will be charged a convenience fee in addition to the regular rate. This fee is $15.

Can you retrieve keys from my leasing office or front desk?

Absolutely! Clients may leave keys with their building personnel or have us check-out keys during our visits. You can schedule a fob/key pick up when you schedule services with us!

When do I pay for services and what forms of payment do you accept?

Your invoice will be emailed to you when the services are approved in the portal. Payment is required before your first scheduled visit.  A card is required to be on file on your profile on TimeToPet to schedule. All invoices are processed by YOU! The Nashville Cat Sitters never charge the card on file!

Do you offer twice-a-day visits?

Yes! We can come visit once or twice a day! All visits are completed between 5am-9pm.

Do you offer every-other-day visits?

Yes! We only allow one day to be skipped between visits. Any client scheduling for every-other-day visit must message on their portal thread to discuss with the owner during the meet and greet.

Do you offer house sitting services?

The Nashville Cat Sitters would be glad to check in on your home, while you are away and we are happy to extend home and plant care to homes without a cat present. Please check our services to get our rates and details.

Do you charge a holiday rate?

We only charge a holiday service surcharge of $15 added per visit onto each sit booked on major holidays.

This holiday surcharge will apply to:

  • New Year’s Eve/Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve/Day
How will I know for sure you have visited my cat and for how long?

We send an email and text report card with every visit through the portal TimeToPet.  Each report card includes GPS tracker along with the start and finish time stamp, a message summarizing the sitter’s visit, and most importantly we send plenty of pictures! We take pictures of their things to provide that peace of mind that their things are well cared for along with all the pictures of your kitty!
